The Air Jordan VI “Infrared” is this Holiday season’s most hyped up retro’s and even with a release date just a few months away, many sneakerheads are already planning their pick up strategy. On display now at Niketown Chicago is a Sample version of the Air Jordan VI retro sporting a slightly different midsole, No 3M and a Red Jumpman on the heel. While most would prefer the release version, these are actually pretty awesome as well. Which one would you prefer? Let us know in the comments section.

  1. While this sample looks good – as some have noted – what the community really wants is the reverse infrared. If this sample were to release it would be more frustrating than satisfying. lets pray to the sneaker gods that JB remasters the 6 as the reverse infrared. While we’re at it, when JB breaks the 3 back out of the vault, please remaster the black/cement with premium leather and an OG Nike Air tail.
