In 1998, the Women’s Air Jordan OG made history as the first ever Air Jordan designed specifically for the versatility and style of women’s basketball. Over two decades later, the silhouette returns for its first ever reissue.
Much of this silhouette’s design elements are borrowed from the Air Jordan 13, such as the dimples in the leather, the carbon fiber plate in the midsole for support, and the herringbone traction zones for grip. It’s unique in its omega shaped breathable mesh layer that cuts through the leather side panels. A Jumpman logo and W are embroidered on the heel.
The Women’s Air Jordan OG releases in a White/Black colorway on January 16th at select retailers and nike.com for a retail price of $140 USD.
