East meets West on the latest collaboration between amongst few and Reebok. The premium streetwear brand and retailer based in Dubai is releasing its own “Magic Carpet” Club C inspired by Arabic carpet making.
Keeping true to the heritage of craftsmanship found throughout the UAE, amongst few redesigns the Reebok Club C with elevated materials. Incorporating premium Nappa leather, a material known for its soft feel, the Reebok Club C “Magic Carpet” features enhanced comfort and a reduced break-in period.
For this collaboration, intricate details are placed all over the silhouette. From the slightly mismatching tongue color to toebox perforations that spell out “FEW,” the “Magic Carpet” truly displays attention and craftsmanship. Other details include exposed foam tongue lining, custom heel design, English and Arabic window logo variations, translucent light gum outsole with see-through branding, reflective 3M accents, and finally, the mismatching insoles inspired by the complex patterns of Arabic carpet making.
