Known for its wild collaborations with various brands, atmos is now teaming up with COOGI on a collection that celebrates the Australian brand’s iconic kaleidoscopic knit sweater.
The COOGI sweater was made famous by New York rappers in the ’90s, most notably the Notorious B.I.G. For this collaboration, atmos offers two remastered versions of the sweater. One comes dressed primarily in “atmos blue” with COOGI’s multi-colored swirl spotlighted within the atmos logo emblem across the chest. The second sweater is a flip on the first, with the multi-color knit seen throughout the piece and “atmos blue” in the logo.
The collection also includes a collaboration with MEDICOM TOY. Together, the three brands have created a limited edition BE@RBRICK 100% and 400% box set that features the COOGI’s multi-colored pattern throughout the body, with co-branding on the chest.
To celebrate COOGI’s hip-hop history, atmos has enlisted Harlem rappers Vado, ASAP TyY, and Dave East to star in the campaign. The atmos store in Harlem will also feature a special in-store window display and installation.
The atmos x COOGI collection will launch globally at all atmos locations and online on Saturday, September 24th at 11am ET. Check out the campaign images and product shots below.
