Original Story (01/25/22): Bad Bunny’s take on the adidas Response CL is not his only upcoming Three Stripes project. The Latin music superstar will also be debuting a new silhouette called the Forum Powerphase.
As the name suggests, the Forum Powerphase is a mash-up between the adidas Forum and the adidas Powerphase models. Bad Bunny’s version comes dressed primarily in khaki brown hues with black taking over the toe box and eyestays. There are also hits of non-neutral colors throughout, such as pastel orange on the Three Stripes, blue on the heel clips, salmon on the the forefoot, violet on the top eyelets, and green on the heel of the inner bootie. The shoe’s construction features a mix of materials, including leather, neoprene, and ballistic mesh. Other significant details include a removable Velcro heel panel, Bad Bunny’s eye logo on the additional tongue, and his real name, Benito, on the lateral side panel.

Update (02/01/22): adidas officially announces the release of Bad Bunny Forum PWR. The colorway is named “Catch and Throw,” paying homage to one of Benito’s favorite childhood games. These drop on February 9th in the US and Puerto Rico. Catch them on Confirmed, adidas.com, and select retailers.
