Billionaire Girls Club x COVL “These Dreams” Collection

Billionaire Girls Club, sister brand of Billionaire Boys Club, is releasing a limited-edition collection in partnership with Puerto Rican artist and storyteller D’ana Nunez, also known as COVL.

As part of their second artist partnership, Billionaire Girls Club’s “These Dreams” collection gives a reverie-like aesthetic to accompany apparel that reinforces the brand’s mission of celebrating women in the arts. With COVL’s guidance, the capsule draws on the use of color, floral designs and bubble-style graphics. From script to playful characters, COVL combines motifs between designer and brand to stitch together a cohesive collection. All in all, the ensemble includes a hoodie and shorts set, crewneck, two t-shirts and a coaches jacket.

COVL had special plans for the hoodie, a standout piece that features her personal mantra: “Cuando puedas cuanto seas.” The phrase, roughly paraphrased into “When you can, are ready and able, take up space in this world.” Her Latinx background fuels her drive to create art inspired by her personal experiences. The Brooklyn-based artist has also enlisted the help of fellow creatives Quiana Parks and Joshua Lang to visually present the collection in the lookbook shot by Alex G. Harper.

The Billionaire Girls Club x COVL “These Dreams” collection will release on August 21st at 12pm ET via the BBC ICECREAM website and BBC ICECREAM stores in NYC and Miami. Prices range from $60-$175 USD. There will also be a COVL meet-and-greet at BBC ICECREAM NYC on August 21st from 2pm to 6pm where she will be signing limited edition prints and offering patch embroidery customizations by The Griggs Brothers. Check out the lookbook shots below.
