Carhartt WIP and Bodega are joining forces to present a versatile capsule rooted in community in celebration of the “Hidden In Plain Sight” retailer’s 15 year anniversary.

The two have worked together in the past, though this time they bring to life their most extensive collection yet. The capsule features a fruit market theme, a nod to Bodega’s LA location, which itself is an unassuming converted fruit market in the middle of DTLA’s produce district. It features a chore coat, double knee pants, t-shirts, an apron, a cap, and a beanie. Colorful fruit-themed graphics with taglines such as “Crackin’ Coconuts Since ’06” and “Hard Work, Full Flavor” are seen throughout the collection.

Carhartt’s presence as a workwear staple led to its adoption by streetwear because of its durability and classic silhouettes. However, it’s important to remember the daily grinders who shape the community and wear the label for its intended purpose: to work in. For the campaign imagery, Bodega highlights DTLA’s Reyna Fruits. As a multi-generational, family-owned fruit market, they exemplify the spirit of hard work, hustle, and community focus.

The fruits of the Carhartt WIP x Bodega “15 Year” collection will be available on Friday, December 10th at 12pm EST on and at Bodega Boston and LA on a first come, first served basis. Also available via the Carhartt WIP website.
