Bodega is adding another footwear brand to its impressively long list of collaborators. After recent projects with the likes of Salomon and Suicoke, the Boston-based retailer now unveils its exclusive colorway of ON Running’s Cloudnova Z5.
The Bodega Cloudnova is meant to represent the multigenerational handover we see in life. When exploring the concept of timelessness, Bodega conceived a patina-inspired design in a “Fermented Burgundy” color palette across the upper using an imperfect dye treatment. The all-day sneaker is durable and infused with performance tech to withstand the tests of time, so hopefully one day you can pass the shoes down to the next generation.
“In the same way that exterior surfaces in urban areas change with the passage of time, the weathered look only gets better with age. The deep hues and reliable construction make for a running sneaker fit for both its intended purposes and a timeless fashion staple,” explains Bodega.
