Brain Dead x ASICS Trabuco Max “Chaos Slime” Release Info

Original Story (09/30/21): Not long after dropping the extremely limited GEL-FRATELLI created in collaboration with Kiko Kostadinov, Brain Dead reveals its next ASICS collaboration.

The LA-based label now takes on the ASICS Trabuco Max, a trail running shoe with FlyteFoam cushioning and ASICSGRIP lug pattern to navigate difficult, wet, or slippery conditions. True to its “Organic Chaos Design” tagline, Brain Dead’s version features a squiggly maze-like pattern overlaid onto its breathable mesh upper. The ASICS side panel stripes and pull tabs on the heels come in burgundy, while neon green dresses the squiggle laces, Brain Dead logo on the tongue, and the patterned outsole.

The Brain Dead x ASICS Trabuco Max “Chaos Slime” launches on October 7th via a haunted house pop-up at Club Bahia LA. More info to come. Grab a look at the shoe below.

Update (10/07/21): Following the launch tonight at the Brain Dead x ASICS Mutated Sounds Haunted House, pairs of the Trabuco Max “BD Chaos Slime” will be available via Brain Dead online on October 12 and in-store at Brain Dead Studios Fairfax on October 13.
