Fresh off the launch of their second Muhammad Ali collection, Champion Athleticwear has announced a partnership with Naruto to launch the brand’s first-ever anime collection. The collaboration celebrates Naruto Uzumaki’s quest to be his own Champion and achieve his life-long goal of becoming Hokage.
The collection includes Reverse Weave hoodies and Heritage short sleeve tees for men, cropped Reverse Weave and Boyfriend Reverse Weave hoodies and Heritage short sleeve tees for women, and hoodies and tees for kids. Graphics are pulled from the Naruto: Shippuden anime and feature fan-favorite characters such as Naruto, Sasuke, Gaara, and Kakashi. The Itachi tie-dye hoodie with Akatsuki clouds is a stand-out piece.
Once the collection is released, fans can go into any Champion store for an exclusive opportunity to customize their apparel with hand-picked patches. Patches includes characters Naruto Sage mode, Gaara, Shikamaru, Tsunade, Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen and symbols Uzumaki Clan, Uchiha Clan, Akatsuki cloud, and Sharingan.
The Champion x Naruto collection launches on August 13th at Champion stores and online.
