In 2021, CLOT launched a “Summer Fruits” pack of BE@RBRICKs consisting of “Snow Strawberry” and “Yellow Watermelon” editions of the popular toy figure. As a follow-up, the CLOT and MEDICOM TOY are reuniting to add a third colorway to the pack: the “Pink Pineapple.”
The “Pink Pineapple” BE@RBRICK is a variant of the original “Pineapple” BE@RBRICK that CLOT released in 2010 as part of its “Exotic Fruits” series. A tropical-inspired variant, the figure features a pink, sun-kissed face, green hair, and a yellow body patterned to mimic a pineapple’s spiky appearance. The BE@RBRICK will be available as a 100% and 400% size set ($170 USD), as well as in 1000% sizing ($650 USD).
The release coincides with the grand opening of JUICE Honolulu, which will see a pre-release drop on the store’s opening day on August 19th on a first come, first served basis. Other JUICE locations are celebrating the release with special JUICE ALOHA pop-ups, including at Causeway Bay, Shanghai, Chengdu IFS, Guangzhou, and Taipei.
The campaign imagery depicts the Pink Pineapple BE@RBRICK in its natural element, having a good time on the shores of Hawaii as it makes its way to celebrate the opening of JUICE Honolulu.
