CLOT’s motto is “Bridging the East and the West” and that is exactly what they do with their upcoming collaboration with Polo Ralph Lauren. It’s another in a list of impressive upcoming collabs for CLOT that includes a Jordan 14 Low.
Edison Chen’s Hong Kong-based label reimagines some of the quintessential Polo classics in this collection just before the Lunar New Year. The well known Polo oxford comes equipped with frog button closures in place of the typical buttons, available in a white and a chambray blue. A wool clasp jacket comes in a rich navy blue with red accents and gets the CLOT dragon patch on the left chest. A reimagined Court sneaker is covered in a soft peach orange with red and blue accents throughout.
The CLOT collection is extensive and includes items like a pair of khaki slacks with a vibrant red side stripe on the outside of the leg and a light blue crew neck that has a cloud-like pattern. The brand has referred to the collection as “CLOT’s signature Chinese heritage touch and Polo Ralph Lauren’s signature American style.” The collection will be a unique and exciting shake up to traditional Ralph Lauren pieces that we are all so familiar with.
