Conceited Gets Two-Shoe Collab With Diadora

Conceited, the rapper, comedian, and avid sneakerhead best known for his role in MTV’s Wild ‘N Out, is getting his own sneaker collaboration, teaming up with Diadora on the Maverick and N.9002 silhouettes.

The Conceited N.9002 comes in a “Lotto” colorway inspired by the New York Lottery. It comes dressed in blue leather and covered in white writing in a style similar to the Busy P Air Force 1s. This writing includes money-themed graphics and phrases that one would say if they won the lottery. Yellow, orange, red, and green accents are pulled from the NY Lottery logo, as well as the Brooklyn Bridge graphics on the heels. Another detail is the blank check graphic on the insoles, allowing the owner to put their name in the “To The Order Of” box. A white midsole and gum outsole rounds out the design.

For the Maverick, Conceited draws inspiration from NYC’s iconic Studio 54, a former disco nightclub. It comes dressed in black suede with reflective, sparkly purple accents. “Cut The Beat,” appears on the heels in Studio 54’s font, which is a nod to the phrase Conceited says before a Wildstyle battle. These come with disco-themed graphic insoles, a white midsole, and black rubber outsole.

The Conceited x Diadora N.9002 “Lotto” and Maverick “Studio 54” drop on Wednesday, January 12th exclusively on the Foot Locker website and at two NYC Foot Locker locations, Pitkin Ave and Kings Plaza. Both pairs are limited to 200 units and are individually numbered on the inside of the tongue. Since these are so limited, you might want to try sites like eBay or StockX to get your hands on them.
