After offering new colorways of the Jack Purcell Low, Converse and COMME des GARÇONS PLAY are back, this time with new colorways of the Chuck 70 Hi and Chuck 70 Ox.
After over a decade of collaboration, this newest offering sees the beloved classic updated in “Blue Quartz” and “Steel Gray” colorways, available in both high-top and low-top form. Each feature CDG PLAY’s iconic black heart-and-eye emblem on its 12oz canvas upper, placed on the lateral side peeking from the white midsole. To showcase each style, CDG and Converse have enlisted LA-based creative Sean Lew to create campaign images and a video that can be viewed below.
The CDG Play x Converse Chuck 70 Hi and Ox in “Blue Quartz” and “Steel Gray” launch on Thursday, June 3rd via Converse.com and Dover Street Market. Each pair retails for $150.
