The whole “woven/knit” game just got a little more interesting, today we see Converse throw their hat in the ring, and you can bet the swoosh is once again cursing in the boardroom. Following adidas’ heat streak, Converse has joined the knit game, offering up their classic Auckland Racer in a CONS First String edition that sees a one-piece upper in a woven/jacquard configuration that is supremely hot. Offered in several colorways (Red, White, Navy, Mint Leaf and Fiery Coral), these are a game changer for Converse. These Auckland Racers are limited for now, but you can take your shot at scoring a pair August 15 via Bodega, Patta or Juice.
