UK-based retailer END. is linking up with Saucony to drop a collaborative Azura 2000 that takes the retro aesthetic of the sneaker and runs away with a pink brain theme.
END. and Saucony are no strangers to collaboration. The two have dropped several sneakers together with past inspirations ranging from burgers to Brownian noise. This time the inspiration comes from the human body, more specifically the brain.
The Azura 2000 sees the mesh of the layered upper in various pinks covered by subtle grey suede overlays. A solid white EVA midsole contrasts the brain-themed upper while the colorfully patterned outsole connects you to the ground. GRID technology and glow in the dark details also make up the technical aspects of the sneaker. Tongue tags feature co-branding with a brain graphic background. The brain-themed details continue on the packaging with pink swirl graphics on the sliding box and an accompanying brain-shaped stress ball.
The END. x Saucony Azura 2000 “The Brain” will retail at $159 and is available through the raffle draw on the END website. The draw closes Friday, March 12th so make sure you get your entries in before it’s too late.
