New ‘Final Fantasy VII Remake’ TGS Trailer

Ahead of their E3 2019 presentation, Square Enix has released a new trailer for the highly-anticipated Final Fantasy VII remake. This new trailer gives a look at the totally enhanced graphics, but most importantly it gives us a release date.

The remake to the 1997 classic was first announced five years ago. It will debut on the Playstation 4 on March 3, 2020, with other consoles and PC will receive the title at a later date. Look forward to additional news from Square Enix at tonight’s E3 presentation. Check out the trailer below.

Update (9/11/2019): Square Enix has released a new trailer for Final Fantasy VII Remake at the 2019 Tokyo Game Show. It depicts scenes and characters from the original game in their newly remastered form, like a revamped gym mini-game and a Don Corneo that sounds an awful lot like Mark Hamill, although no official confirmation has been made that he is in fact the voice actor.
