Hiroshi Fujiwara and MSI are Launching a Fragment Laptop

Japanese musician, producer, and designer Hiroshi Fujiwara has collaborated with everyone from Jordan Brand and Nike to Starbucks and Pokémon, creating a multitude of products branded with the Fragment Design thunderbolt logo. Now, the “godfather of streetwear” is teaming up with a computer brand for the first-time ever to create a limited edition Fragment Design laptop.

Teaming up with MSI, Fujiwara has designed his own version of the Creator Z16, originally launched during MSI’s Tech Meets Aesthetic event in May 2021 as the flagship product in the new Creator series. Designed to handle the demands of designers and streamers, the Creator Z16 features mini-LED backlighting, a 16:10 Golden Ratio QHD+ display, NVIDIA GeForce RTX3060 Laptop GPU, and an 11th Gen Intel Core processor.

The Hiroshi Fujiwara Limited Edition version swaps the Creator Z16’s sleek grey exterior for a striking black-on-black design with Fujiwara’s signature lightning bolt logos carefully etched into the chassis. The laptop is bundled with a limited edition sleeve bag, mouse, and mousepad.

The Creator Z16 Hiroshi Fujiwara Limited Edition will retail for $2,699 USD and will be available from the MSI Store and select retailers at the end of September. Only 500 units will be available in the US with another 186 available in the UK.
