Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo is partnering with audio brand JBL to release a line of “Freak Edition” headphones inspired by the Finals MVP’s Greek heritage.

The first drop from the Freak Edition series includes two JBL products, the Tour One and Endurance Peak II, each dressed in an eye-catching blue and green distorted dye pattern inspired by the Mediterranean. Design details include the athlete’s signature and a European map highlighting his home country of Greece. This is the first direct headphone collab for JBL and Antetokounmpo, who has been a JBL ambassador for over three years.

“JBL headphones have become part of my everyday life and being able to represent my heritage through this unique design gives me an opportunity to take others on this journey,” said Antetokounmpo.

To celebrate the headphone release, JBL is unveiling a full “Greek Out” campaign, which includes a life-size statue of Antetokounmpo that will make appearances at various locations throughout Milwaukee in the coming week. Fans can interact with the statue and post to social with the hashtag #JBLGreekOut for a chance to win various prizes, including Freak Edition headphones, signed merch, and tickets to Bucks games. Fans worldwide will also be able to interact with a virtual version of the statue through their smartphones via a custom JBL AR experience.

The campaign also includes a “Greek Out” TikTok dance created by Giannis and JBL. Fans are encouraged to try and copy the Greek Freak’s dance moves. #JBLGreekOut is already trending on the platform, with over 2.2 billion views currently.

The JBL x Giannis Antetokounmpo will see a limited StockX DropX release on Monday, December 20th at 12pm CST, with the JBL Tour Freak Edition starting at $300 USD and the JBL Endurance Peak Freak Edition starting at $125 USD. You can learn more about the release at stockx.com/lp/jbl once the drop is live.
