Following the release of its “Navy” New Balance 990v4, JJJJound unveils one of its other upcoming sneaker collaborations. This time, Justin Saunders and his Montreal-based design studio team up with A BATHING APE to release their own BAPE STA.
The signature JJJJound minimalist aesthetic is applied to the silhouette, equipping it with a clean off-white leather upper with hits of neutral grey. Co-branding is also kept to a minimum, with the no apparent JJJJound branding seen on first looks, though it is likely found on the obscured heel panels and insoles. However, we can see that the shoe comes in a special box dressed in greyscale BAPE camo and with gold JJJJound branding.
