Korean fashion house KANGHYUK has once again teamed up with Reebok to present a gorgeous pair of Premier Road Moderns inspired by their work with airbags.
The Premier Road Modern “Car Part” uses bold red and white uppers to create a cutting-edge shoe that retains its heritage runner DNA. The model uses a one-piece molded upper that encases mesh and synthetic padding underneath for a look unlike almost any other shoe on the market. The colorway is a nod to the red and off-white found on KANGHYUK’s readymade clothing constructed from automotive airbags, and the shoe’s gorgeous preview shots retain a road-ready theme.
The KANGHYUK x Reebok Premier Road Modern will release at Seoul’s BOON THE SHOP on October 23rd via a pop-up shop. The model will then arrive at select retailers globally on October 30th. You can check out promo photos of the model down below.
