After taking the finalist title for the LVMH prize in April, Colm Dillane’s KidSuper Studios is releasing a new collection in collaboration with PUMA. The collection includes classics like the PUMA Suede while introducing new pieces like the RS-Sandal and a new apparel ensemble. This is the third KidSuper x PUMA collection, following a soccer-inspired capsule drop in March.
The PUMA Suede features a gray washed suede upper. A pink puff Formstrip comes stitched near the midsole in a shade that matches the satin tie-dye laces. Blue and yellow suede overlays overtake the toe and heel tab. The tongues hold a special stash pocket while another key detail is found in the form of insole text. Meant for wearers with ideas on-the-go, the shoe also includes a pencil holder on the midfoot.
The RS-Sandals cater to KidSuper’s playful side with a deconstructed construction that nods to the PUMA RS line. Its components come in cream, purple and green shades. The shoe is held together with a brown tie connecting two holding straps. PUMA and KidSuper co-branding appears in cursive script.
As for the apparel, the collection includes matching jackets, tees and shorts. Color blocking, graphics and bright patterns take on each piece to fully encapsulate Dillane’s brand and love for creative fashion.
The KidSuper x PUMA collection will be available on the PUMA website starting May 29th.
