New York native KITH has struck an amicizia with Italian apparel brand NemeN with a 7-piece tie-dye capsule that’s set to release Friday morning. Inspired by a mutual love for innovative technical clothing, the collection features NemeN’s traditional approach to dyeing and technique while embracing the pieces through KITH’s modern perspective.
Each garment is dyed up to three times to truly encapsulate its desired effect. NemeN’s creative director, Leonardo Fasolo, stated that “due to the individual characteristics of each dyeing process, every single jacket becomes singularly unique.” The process is then finished with a water-repellent treatment.
The collection highlights outerwear with two Blade Hooded Puffers, a Reversible Puffer, and a G Down Hood (a standalone layering accessory), all of which come filled with 90/10 goose down. Other tops include the XLight Guard Vest, which features 3D pocket construction and black taping, and the Kimono Jacket, made from high-density nylon that can also be found in the Stark Track Pant.
Each piece is made in Italy and marked with a one-of-a-kind KITH x NemeN jacquard woven nylon black lanyard and zipper puller, as well as NemeN’s signature custom-branded arm bands.
The KITH x NemeN collection becomes available at KITH’s webstore on January 10th at 11am EST with prices ranging from $627.03 to $1,682.56 USD. Take a full look at the collection in the images below.
