In one of their most luxurious efforts to date, LEGO has unveiled a 1:8 scale model of the new Lamborghini Sián FKP 37.
The real-life Sián is an unprecedented step into luxury even for Lamborghini; the name comes from a Bolognese word meaning “flash of lightning,” alluding to the fact that the car is the first hybrid electric the company has ever produced. In line with the supercar construction Lamborghini is known for, the LEGO model features 3,696 pieces, an articulated 8-speed gearbox controlled by cockpit paddle shifters, working suspension and steering, and a moveable rear aerodynamic spoiler. While it’s incredibly visually striking, pictures may not do it justice; the completed set measures a formidable 23 inches long, 9 inches wide, and 5 inches tall.
The model also comes with a LEGO overnight bag that can be stored under the hood of the car and a code to unlock more online content, and the whole package is bundled with a “coffee-table-quality book” that contains instructions and behind-the-scenes content related to the set.
The LEGO Technic Lamborghini Sián FKP 37 will be available for $379.99 starting June 1st at LEGO’s webstore.
