Levi’s Vintage Clothing (LVC), the denim legend’s retro streetwear imprint, is linking up with Clarks Originals on a trio of footwear models to coincide with their Spring/Summer ’21 collection, “Loose Fix.”
The LVC “Loose Fix” collection is inspired by LVC design director Paul O’Neill’s fond memories of the acid house scene in late ’80s Manchester, where he went to university. O’Neill recalled baggy flare jeans coming back into style with soft, bright colors and patterned tees. This sense of carefree and club-infused vintage style informs the collaborative trio of Clarks Originals shoes. Comprised of the Wallabee, a Desert Boot, and a Weaver, the footwear uses versatile yet extremely eye-catching suedes. Complementing color accents dress the laces, the branding on the LVC and Clarks hang tags, and the classic Levi’s Red Tab.
