Utah Jazz star Donovan “Spida” Mitchell’s love for Spider-Man is clearly demonstrated in his signature sneakers. The D.O.N. Issue #1 launched in various Spider-Man themed colorways in 2019, followed by introduction of the the D.O.N. Issue #2 in a “Spidey-Sense” colorway in 2020. Before moving on the Issue #3, adidas Basketball and Marvel are set to launch a new “Venom” colorway of the D.O.N. Issue #2.
The D.O.N. Issue #2 “Venom” comes equipped with a black mesh upper to match the color scheme of the Spider-Man’s alien symbiote nemesis. One of Venom’s eyes are printed on each tongue, while the heel counter features Venom’s razor sharp teeth. Additional features include a grey sockliner, a black midsole with Signal Pink speckles, and a matching black and Signal Pink outsole.
