PUMA has teamed up with German fashion luxury house MCM on a series of limited edition releases, a follow-up to their 2018 collaboration for the PUMA Suede’s 50th anniversary.

The MCM x PUMA partnership sits at the intersection of high-fashion and basketball, celebrating all of the raucous glamour that the sport has to offer. The first of three drops is called “Show Love” and features an MCM edition of the Slipstream Lo, classic ’80s basketball silhouette. The shoe is packed with luxe details, including cognac Visetos Monogram highlights, a long-running hallmark of the luxury house.

This release will be followed by Drop 2 “Show Up” in October, which will feature a second Slipstream Lo emblazoned with black and white details and embellished by MCM’s striking Cubic Monogram. The third drop will launch in the first half of 2023 and will include ready-to-wear apparel and a unique edition of th the PUMA TRC Blaze Court.

The MCM x PUMA Slipstream Lo “Show Love” launches on Thursday, September 8th at MCM Worldwide in-store and online. The shoe will also be available starting September 10th in select PUMA stores and at luxury distribution partners.
