1996 was a huge year for Michael Jordan and the Air Jordan 11. The Chicago Bulls had won the 1996 NBA Finals against the Seattle Supersonics …

and set an NBA record by being the first team to win 72 regular season games. The same year, 2 colorways of the Air Jordan 11 released following the Air Jordan 11 “Concord” in 1995. The Columbia and Bred became two of the most memorable colorways MJ rocked during his career, especially the “Bred” 11 which was the shoe that shut out the SuperSonics on June 16th, 1996. In 2012, We’ll be seeing the Colombia return at a retail price of $180 so for those that kept on to those childhood memories of Summer 96′, a piece of history returns to your feet next Holiday.
