Modelo’s Fighting Spirit Collections has hit the Windy City. RSVP Gallery, founded by Don C and Virgil Abloh, and the Chicago White Sox are joining forces in the fourth installment of the beer brand’s streetwear collaboration series. This follows the launches with LA’s 424, KidSuper from Brooklyn, and Texas-based Centre.

As a a celebration of the local Latino community, the collection features a Día de los Muertos theme. Sugar skulls wearing Sox helmets and additional branding adorn the track pants and jacket. A matching beanie and pair of socks completes the capsule.

“RSVP Gallery was built on the pillars of design, community and legacy. We are thrilled to be partnering with Modelo for a second year designing new items for the Modelo Fighting Spirit Collection,” said the RSVP Gallery team. “Through this year’s collection, our team wanted to celebrate the Latino community with pieces inspired by Dia de Los Muertos while working with the storied White Sox franchise to represent the city’s fighting spirit.”

Illinois residents can enter to win the Modelo x RSVP Gallery x Chicago White Sox Fighting Spirit Collection through an online sweepstakes on the Fighting Spirit Collections website. Stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for info on the final Fighting Spirit collab launching next month with Miami’s UNKNWN.
