The cover stars of the next installment of NBA 2K have been officially announced. The LA Lakers’ Anthony Davis will appear on the cover of the Standard and Deluxe editions of the game, while Dwyane Wade will be the cover star of the Legend edition. Both athletes are native to Chicago, the host city for NBA All-Star Weekend 2020.
This is the second time Anthony Davis has appeared on an NBA 2K cover, having been previously featured on the cover of NBA 2K16 alongside Stephen Curry and James Harden. The Legend Edition pays homage to the recently retired Dwyane Wade and his career with the Miami Heat.
Look for NBA 2K20 to release on September 6, 2019 on the PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC, and on Google Stadia when it launches in November. Take a look at the covers and teaser video below.
