Original Story (08/21/21): To go along with the Chicago Bulls, Brooklyn Nets, and New York Knicks Dunks, Nike will also be releasing some Air Force 1s as part of the NBA 75th “Diamond” Anniversary celebration.
Two different Air Force 1s have been revealed so far. One is a Lakers-themed colorway with a white, purple, and sky blue color scheme, combining the colors of the current Los Angeles team and the Minneapolis Lakers, the original team before they moved to LA in 1960. The other comes dressed in black tumbled leather with added crimson and grey paneling. Both feature an NBA 75th Anniversary tongue tag and a diamond-etched lace dubrae.
