Although New Balance celebrated the 30th anniversary of the NB1500 last year, that hasn’t stopped them from releasing new colorways of the model in 2020.
An “Animal Pack” iteration of the New Balance 1500 is set to release soon. It features pony hair zebra print side panels and cheetah print quarters panels. The rest of the upper is dressed in shades of brown with brown mesh covering the toebox, brown leather on the heel, and brown suede on the mudguards. “New Balance” and “Made in England” text is embroidered on the tongue in white and gold. A white midsole and a gum outsole completes the design.
The New Balance 1500 “Animal Pack” is set to release via European retailers like Sneaker District this spring for a retail price of €180 (approx. $198 USD). Check out the photos below and stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for additional release info.
