New Balance has partnered with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), New York City’s public transportation system, for an officially-licensed collaboration on the Made in UK 920.
The MTA x New Balance 920 comes in New Balance’s signature grey color palette and is made at the brand’s Flimby facility. It features a suede and revamped mesh construction, with reflective detailing throughout. The MTA’s logo is embroidered on the heel, with additional MTA branding appearing on the blue insoles. The American flag and Union Jack dress the lace jewels to showcase the collaboration’s UK-to-US connection.
The MTA x New Balance Made in UK 920 releases this Saturday, May 8th, exclusively via the Dover Street Market website and DSM locations in London, New York, Ginza, and Singapore.
