Original Story (09/09/20): After a well-received initial drop of two orange and green colorways, Parisian luxury athleisure label Casablanca is back with two more New Balance 327s.
Just like the duo’s first drop, the models are inspired by Italian sporting gear and automobile design from the 1970s. Both colorways eschew the 327’s traditional canvas or smooth leather uppers for a perforated leather design, akin to a retro tennis or golf shoe. While previous colorways were relatively bold, this drop makes use of primarily white and cream uppers and minimal coloring—one model uses green accents behind the 327’s massive N logo, and the other dresses it (and the model’s outsole) in black below a pastel pink tongue.
The Casablanca x New Balance 327 “Idéaliste” launches exclusively via an online raffle on Casablanca’s website on September 12th. You can check out photos of the models down below.

Update (11/16/20): Following an initial release via Casablanca in September, the second wave of Casablanca x New Balance 327s will get a wider release via newbalance.com on November 20th at 10am EST via an online raffle.
