Foot Locker Launches New Balance 327 Grey Day Pack

0

To commemorate New Balance’s annual Grey Day, the brand’s celebration of their accessible and heritage-based aesthetic, Foot Locker and New Balance are releasing two special-edition grey colorways of their popular 327 lifestyle runner. This follows the release of the 574 and 57/40 “Grey Day” pack earlier this month.

The 327 rose to popularity last year, and its versatile, standout silhouette and unique colorblocking possibilities have made it a favorite among fans and high-end collaborators. Now, however, Foot Locker is returning the 327 to its place among New Balance’s vast catalog of leather-and-mesh silhouettes with tonal grey, tan, white, and black renditions of the model. While one colorway uses New Balance’s beloved medium grey with tan accents, the other uses a cooler bluish grey to achieve a slightly different (yet still cozy and refined) look. The grey and tan pair also features a discolored outsole, giving the shoe a vintage-inspired aesthetic.

Speaking on the collaboration, Foot Locker writes that the release “shares the value’s that no matter who you are, where you come from, and what you believe, we all have something in common–the ability to express ourselves authentically.” This ethos falls in line with New Balance’s “Worn By Anyone” motto, which ensures that their timeless designs continue to end up on the feet of everyone from suburban parents to ultra-popular fashion influencers.

The Foot Locker x New Balance 327 “Grey Day” pack is available now via the Foot Locker family of brands, including Foot Locker, Footaction, Champs Sports, and Eastbay. Check out photos of both models down below.
