The New Balance KAWHI Jolly Rancher Collection Launches Next Week

Original Story (09/14/20): After last month’s “4 Bounces” colorway, the New Balance KAWHI is making its return with a playful and unlikely collaboration with Jolly Rancher, Kawhi’s childhood favorite candy.

The collection’s flagship offering is the KAWHI in two different colorways: Original Flavors and Blue Raspberry. The Original Flavors model includes a rainbow color scheme that draws hues from both Jolly Rancher labels and the candies themselves. The shoe also includes a tongue badge featuring the Jolly Rancher characters (making Kawhi’s signature deadpan expression) and “Kawhi Leonard” in the candy’s font. The Blue Raspberry colorway uses a deep blue inspired by the Jolly Rancher flavor of the same name, and a yellow panel around the ankle makes the color pop even more.

The collection will also include a “Blue Raspberry” New Balance 327 (with a lime green outsole) and a white/multicolor New Balance 480 Low, the company’s original classic basketball model. Finally, a set of tees and a pair of slide sandals will drop alongside the collection, meaning you can stay decked out in the gear in your living room or on the court.

The entire collection will drop via New Balance’s website and third-party retailers starting late next month. Pricing will range from $35 for the slides to $160 for the KAWHI. The “Blue Raspberry” colorway will be sold exclusively via New Balance and the Foot Locker family of brands (including Foot Locker, Eastbay, Champs, and Footaction).
