It has been a big year for the New Balance 992 and the timeless 990v5. The Boston-based footwear brand continues their run with new colorways of the silhouettes that feature hits of bold neon yellow.
The 992 colorways feature a laid-back style with a blend of materials like suede and mesh. One is dressed in primarily in black suede with a grey forefoot and reflective accents on the toe box and heel cap. Neon accents are found on the N logo, heel, and midsole. The other is dressed primarily in hi-vis yellow with black on the mudguard and a hit of navy on heel end of the midsole.
On the other hand, the 990 V5 consists of a contrasting black and neon yellow colorway. The uppers are dressed in a black suede along with black mesh. Neon accents are found on the sock liner, laces, N logo, and outsole. The sneaker is rounded off with black ENCAP midsoles and a bold neon outsole.
