This 25th anniversary pack of the iconic MRL996 is a fitting way to pay homage to 25 years of performance, design and innovation. New Balance wasn’t cool with just giving these a facelift, they went ahead and updated this icon with a brand new REVlite cushioned midsole, something that hadn’t hit the streets when these surfaces in 1989. These will be hitting shelves in four colorways, via four collaborators, including BEAMS, Beauty & Youth, Journal Standard and TOMORROWLAND, all of which are sure to show out. Set to release August 10th, these are going to be a pivotal pair of NB’s, so be sure to cop a pair or four when they drop. More photos after the jump.
