Original Story (01/24/20): A new upcoming colorway of Jerry Lorenzo’s Nike Fear of God 1 has been spotted, which for now is being nicknamed “String.”

This Fear of God 1 comes in a Multi-Color, Off Noir, String, and Oatmeal color scheme. The throat and side panels are dressed in a shade of black, while the toe box comes in a sail color with a beige toe cap. The caging comes in an Oatmeal color, and a sole unit dressed in Light Bone completes the design.

Update (02/20/20): Following a Chicago-exclusive launch during NBA All-Star Weekend, official images of the Nike Air Fear of God 1 “The Question” have surfaced, indicating a wider release is on the way. Expect a drop towards the end of the month and stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for an official confirmation.

Update (02/10/20): Jerry Lorenzo reveals the inspiration behind this colorway, now dubbed the Nike Air Fear of God 1 “The Question.” Campaign photos by Gary Land reveal that toe-box color blocking was inspired by Allen Iverson and his signature Question sneaker. Available this Friday exclusively in Chicago for NBA All-Star Weekend. In-store raffle at Saint Alfred begins February 13th.
