Original Story (01/15/21): Nike continues the tradition of releasing special edition St. Patrick’s Day sneakers to celebrate the holiday. On the slate this year is a pair of greened out Air Force 1s and a set of clean Air Max 90s. Two different colors of green, a bright almost neon and a darker forest green give the shoes a unique colorblocking.

On the Air Max 90 we see a light grey mesh toe box and ankle. The midsole is white and there are matching Swooshes on each side. A light shade of green accents the shoe while a darker green makes up the majority of the shoe including the mudguard that is detailed with four-leaf clover imprints. Gold accents are on the lace aglets, the Air Max logo, and the insole logo.

The Air Force 1 comes in full leather with a similar double green colorblocking. Dark green covers the majority of the shoe and with the rear heel area imprinted with the same four-leaf clover pattern. Light green toe box, Swooshes, and sockliner contrast the gold accents on the lace aglets, dubraes, and insole logos.

Both the Air Max 90 and Air Force 1 are expected to drop March 2021 at select retailers and on nike.com. Stay locked to Modern Notoriety for more info on Nike’s St. Paddy’s Day offerings.
