Original Story (05/26/22): It’s not unusual to see pink and orange sunsets living in Los Angeles. During the winter seasons, the clouds add a nice touch of depth giving the city a magnificent glow. Following the release of the “Aquamarine” colorway, the Nike Air Griffey Max 1 returns with a new colorway honoring the the scenic city of LA.
The Air Griffey Max 1 “Los Angeles” is outfitted with black nubuck and a sunset-inspired gradient neoprene featuring hues of pink, purple, yellow, and orange. The silhouette is also accented with blue and yellow hit as a nod to the Super Bowl Champions, the LA Rams. As a final touch, purple lace tips with “Los Angeles” in golden yellow script font pay home to the LA Lakers.
