While most dread the end of their 20s, the Nike Air Max 90 is ringing in the big 3-0 milestone with style. Throughout the momentum of each anniversary, Nike dresses the AM90 in a variety of color palettes while still maintaining much of the shoe’s initial OG construction.
There are a slew of new features for the AM90 as it embarks into its 30th anniversary, including a sleeker deconstructed toe, lower mudguard, faster shape (though the TPU Underlay and rubber logo are in original fashion), split “1990/2020” pattern on the medial side, an Air Max 1 outsole, and a bundle of colorways inspired by the original color blocking.
The Air Max 90 CS will make its debut in a “Sail” colorway, dropping in unisex sizes on December 21st at select retailers and nike.com. Other colorways rumored for future release are the “Volt” and beloved “Infrared.” Check out the Air Max 90 CS “Sail” below.
