Original Story (09/24/20): A new Halloween-themed sneaker from Nike has been unveiled, this time in the form of a “Slime” Air Max 97.
This Air Max 97 features a black mesh base with a minty green stripe and a matching outsole, the latter which glows in the dark. Purple suede covers the mudguard and wraps around the entire shoe. Reflective 3M stripes overlay the upper black mesh while dripping slime green accents are found on the side panels.
The overall theme appears to be based on a type of zombie or ghoul, and this shoe will most likely release alongside Nike’s other Halloween shoe’s like the “Orange Skeleton” Air Force 1 and the “Freddy Krueger” Air Max 95. Check out official images below and stay tuned for official release info.
