Nike Is Releasing a “What The” Air Presto

0

Nike has given some of its popular models the “What The” treatment throughout the years, starting with the Nike SB Dunk Low in 2007. This mash-up style takes a bunch of colorways from the model’s history and puts its all on one shoe. Nike is now giving the “What The” treatment to the Air Presto, the “t-shirt for your feet” that originally launched in 2000.

This release features elements of all thirteen OG 2000 colorways of the Air Presto, which each came with their own mascot and special nickname as part of a unique launch campaign. Lightning print from the “Trouble At Home” edition dresses toe of the right shoe, while the left shoe comes in red as a nod to the “Rogue Kielbasa.” We see a hint of sky blue from the “Unholy Cumulus” on the heel cage of the left shoe, some of the heather grey from the “Catfight Shiner” on the left shoe, and an “Orange Monk” midsole on the right shoe. The Presto’s original “Instant Happiness” slogan also makes its return, seen printed on the aglets.
