In 1987, Nike released the Nike Air Safari specifically designed for running and athletics. The bright colors and the featured speckled pattern, made this runner an instant classic. A year after the release, Rapper Biz Markie was wearing the shoe on the “Going Off” Album cover and quickly gained notoriety within the Hip Hop culture. This year, three original colorways return under the vintage series, and feature the classic nylon and suede uppers, with an aged safari print. Let us know if you’ll be purchasing these classics come Fall. Via Provider
