The Nike Air Trainer 1 gets a Puerto Rican make over for the month of June.
The Puerto Rican Day Parade festivities kick off in NY in a few weeks as well as other parts of the U.S, and what better way to give a nod to Puerto Rican culture by releasing a Nike Air Trainer 1 (Think Victor Cruz).
The trainer features a pebbled upper overlayed with knitted Red and Blue panels. A Puerto Rican flag is stitched on the heel, with a “Coqui” or Frog on the tongue. Watch out for these this weekend at Nike retailers across the U.S
