Nike has announced the release of their all-new Air Zoom Pegasus 38. Around for nearly 40 years, the Air Zoom Pegasus silhouettes have consistently demonstrated that all dependable models are built over time, and the Pegasus 38 is no exception.
The reimagined pair features the same trusty and reliable elements from past models that we know and love, as well as upgrades that push you farther than you ever thought possible. Starting off with classic elements, the tuned midsole featuring full-length React foam returns to ensure cushioned responsiveness and smooth transition, and a forefoot Zoom Air unit helps provide responsive energy return. The silhouette is also available on the Nike by You Builder, where you can design your own Pegasus 38 and adjust the arch height, traction material, laces, and method of entry – traditional, or FlyEase which comes with a zippered entry.
The various innovative updates to the shoe include an individual midfoot webbing system that allows for a personalized fit in terms of lace closure. The addition of breathable sandwich mesh material provides further comfort and performance ability, while the tongue has been made a separate piece with foam.
The Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 38 arrives via Nike.com on April 15th in Europe, April 22nd in North America, and April 29th globally.
