In 1985, Nike created seven Dunk High colorways, one for each of the following college basketball teams: Michigan, UNLV, Villanova, Syracuse, Kentucky, Arizona, and St. John’s. Just like the “St. John’s” colorway is making its return, Nike will also soon be bringing back the “Villanova” Dunk High from the original “Be True To Your School” pack.
True to the OG 1985 release, this Dunk High features a white leather base and Midnight Navy leather on the overlays and Swoosh. Additional navy hits are used on the laces and Nike branding on the tongue tag. The Villanova Wildcats color scheme continues on the sole unit, comprised of a white midsole and Midnight Navy outsole.
