A new special edition Nike Dunk Low has surfaced with a winter wonderland theme.

This upcoming Dunk Low features a silky satin silver base with snow-like velvet overlays and Swoosh. Various embroidery is found throughout the shoe, including people sledding on the heels, a kid who slipped and fell on the toe box, and a person in a traditional Chinese costume holding a red flag. Additional details include a furry tongue, snowflake embroidery and multi-colored banners on the heel, blue satin sockliners, and icy outsoles with embedded snowflakes. There are a good amount of similarities to Sean Cliver’s “Holiday Special” Nike SB Dunk Low from last year.

Another detail is the Chinese character for “ice” found on the insoles. This and other details indicate that this release is likely tied to the Harbin International Ice and Snow festival, an annual winter event that takes place in Harbin, China and the largest ice and snow festival in the world.
