If Nike knows anything, it’s how to help people move.
The Swoosh has combined their data-driven, unparalleled approach to range of movement and athletic cuts to create an immensely high-end set of garments. The collection, entitled Every Stitch Considered, “is ultimately a sportswear-inspired lifestyle collection, but our unique understanding of the body in motion, based in decades of scientific study, paired with dedicated old-world Italian craftsmanship, sets these garments apart as distinct, timeless articles” says Kurt Parker, VP of Nike Apparel Design.
The collection’s pieces seem to be relatively androgynous in their design, and everything comes in either black or white for a refined and versatile look. Garments seem to include flowing jackets and dress-like pieces, pants ranging from highly tapered to extremely loose, and staples like short sleeve tees. A duffel/tote bag also makes an appearance in lookbook shots.
The collection’s specific details remain under wraps, though it’s set for an October 26th release via Nike’s website. The pieces in Every Stitch Considered are made to last, so expect them to set you back quite a bit more than a usual Nike release. You can check out lookbook photos from the collection down below.
